Event Creation & Management

- Maintain clear communication with attendees
- Process refunds according to our refund policy
- Respect intellectual property rights
Event Cancellations
If you need to cancel an event, you must notify all ticket holders immediately. Refund policies will apply based on the timing of the cancellation and as specified in your event description.
Ticket Sales & Refunds
Payment Processing
All ticket sales are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Jekapade does not store your payment information.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the event creator’s refund policy and timing:

Ticket Transfers

User Content
